Availability: 09:30 - 18:00 | Monday to Saturday

Rate of Pay: €15.65ph + uncapped monthly commission

Job Type: Fulltime | 37.5 hours per week

About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our dynamic Vodafone retail store team in Ballina. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong sales and management skills who is eager to develop and progress in their career.

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day to day running of the store, supporting the Store Manager, and leading the team to success.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed sales targets while motivating and coaching the team.

• Support with daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Handle customer queries and complaints, ensuring an outstanding experience.
