Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact, greeting visitors with warmth and respect.
• Support our opiate team in delivering harm reduction interventions around opiate use
• Delivering Needle and syringe exchange
• Provide non-judgmental advice on safer drug use, including injecting, overdose prevention, and emergency response.
• Providing Naloxone and safe storage boxes to our service users
• Completing BBV testing
• Supporting our service users in attending medical assessments and reviews
• Supporting the opiate team in case management, recording notes on our case management system
• Supporting our service users in meeting their support plans, working towards their future goals and aspirations
