World Health Partners (WHP) is an international nonprofit organization that provides health and reproductive health services in low-income countries by harnessing local market forces to work for the poor. Leveraging existing social and economic infrastructure, we utilize the latest advances in communication, diagnostic and medical technology to establish large scale, cost-effective health service networks. We focus on serving rural and other especially vulnerable communities.

WHP enjoys hosting and working with volunteers and interns with backgrounds in private and public sector healthcare, social marketing, information and communications technologies, analytical research, and those with strong interests in helping build innovative strategies for rural health. We can host interns/volunteers in New Delhi, Patna, Bihar, and in the US (location independent but SF Bay Area preferred):
