We are looking for motivated Project Managers to join us on this journey.

As a Project Manager within our Trade Financing team, you will work closely with Technology and Business stakeholders to drive impactful change across front-to-back processes as part of the trade finance modernisation programme. You will be part of a dynamic team of highly motivated and skilled project managers who excel at delivering results through end-to-end problem solving and creative, out-of-the-box thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor teams to embrace and deliver outcomes aligned with Agile values and principles.

• Identify and remove obstacles that hinder team progress.

• Support Product Owners in backlog management to maximise team value delivery.

• Collaborate with fellow Project Managers and stakeholders to enhance and scale project outcomes.

• Foster a safe, trusting, and high-performing team environment.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of hands-on Project Management experience, preferably within the Financial Institutions sector and in Trade Finance space.

• Bonus: Have at least 3+yrs of experience handling Trade Finance project(s), worth >1mil SGD in the Financial sector

• Deep expertise in project management methodologies and Agile frameworks.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes in the trade and supply chain finance domain.

• Proven ability to work effectively as a team player within a broader project management community.

• Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

• Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills with a knack for thinking outside the box.

• Self-starter with exceptional servant leadership and team-building capabilities.

• Proactive and innovative mindset, comfortable challenging the status quo when necessary.

• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage expectations without formal authority.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• This is a 100% Work-in-office role, based primarily at Tampines/ Punggol and/or Raffles Place

• The role and rank (AVP/ VP) offered will align with your demonstrated expertise and background
