Job description

• Lead enterprise end-to-end data transformation agenda by owning the people, processes, and infrastructure required to make enterprise data trustworthy, governed, and AI-ready. This role has full accountability for aligning data strategy across IT and business units, ensuring data assets enable real-time decision-making and power current and future AI initiatives across the organization.

Preferred skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum 12–15 years of progressive experience in data engineering, data architecture, or data management roles
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity, with proven success leading enterprise-wide data transformation programs
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry
• Demonstrated track record of delivering end-to-end data initiatives that span IT and business functions
• Professional certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP; CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional) preferred
• Prior experience working in Indonesia or deep familiarity with OJK and UU PDP compliance is required
