Job Description

• Review, assess and analyse capital monitoring reports, including the Bank's capital adequacy position and capital ratio projections.

• Support, manage, plan, and coordinate the preparation of the Bank's annual ICAAP exercise, including submissions to the Board of Directors and regulator.

• Support, manage, plan, and coordinate the monthly Capital Working Group meetings and Risk & Capital Committee meetings.

• Review and monitor the Capital Contingency Plan (CCP), including the various triggers stipulated in the Bank's CCP Framework.

• Assist in risk-based financial planning, capital planning activities and the setting of capital targets.

• Support, manage and coordinate the annual credit rating review process.

• Assist in special capital assessments and capital raising exercises, as required.

• Review, analyse and report on competitor benchmarking and monthly industry data.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Banking or a related discipline.

• Minimum 10–15 years of relevant working experience in related field within the banking or financial services industry.

• Experience in Capital Management, Capital Planning, Audit work in related fields, ICAAP, Credit Risk Management, Asset & Liability Management (ALM), Finance or related functions.

• Good understanding of banking regulatory capital requirements and capital management practices.

• Strong analytical, report writing and presentation skills.

• Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders, regulators and cross-functional teams.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within tight timelines.
