Waiters/Waitresses - Bobobox FnB Business

What you will do:

As a waiter/waitress (incl. Banq Asst.), to deliver exceptional guest service by providing warm, attentive, and efficient food and beverage service in alignment with the Bobobox FnB business's high standards. The role ensures guests feel welcomed, cared for, and satisfied throughout their dining or banquet experience, while upholding the restaurant’s refined atmosphere, operational excellence, and commitment to detail. This position also supports banquet operations by assisting in event setup, service, and breakdown to create seamless, memorable occasions.

• Ensure every guest receives warm, professional, and attentive service throughout their visit or event

• Anticipate and promptly respond to guest needs, requests, or concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels.

• Accurately take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar with precision

• Deliver orders promptly while ensuring correct presentation, temperature, and portioning

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper setup of assigned tables or banquet/event areas

• Prepare table settings, glassware, and utensils in accordance with service standards

• Collaborate effectively with kitchen, bar, and fellow service staff to ensure smooth service flow

• Assist in banquet setup, service, and breakdown according to event requirements

• Follow hygiene, safety, and operational procedures consistently

You will fit in this job if you:

• Diploma or equivalent, hospitality or F&B training is an advantage

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant, hotel, or banquet service role.

• Luxury or fine-dining experience preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, guest-focused approach

• Attention to detail in service, presentation, and order accuracy

• Basic knowledge of food, beverages, and service etiquette

• Strong time management abilities in a fast-paced environment.

• Professional appearance and grooming aligned with the Bobobox FnB business's luxury standards

• Positive attitude, teamwork orientation, and willingness to assist across functions.

• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Willing to work on-site at Puncak, Bogor
