As a Seasonal Server, you’re more than just the person taking orders, you’re a key part of the guest experience and the vibe of the restaurant. You bring genuine, warm hospitality and know how to read the room, making each table feel relaxed, seen, and welcome. With a natural sense of rhythm, charm, and style, you help create an atmosphere that’s effortlessly cool but never pretentious. You know the menu inside out, offer real recommendations (not just the script), and work closely with the team to keep service smooth, upbeat, and memorable.

Note this is a seasonal role, for a 3-4 month period.

About you…

• Experience with delivering authentic, attentive service that feels personal.

• Experience with taking orders, serving food and drinks.

• Creating a warm, relaxed atmosphere while maintaining a high level of professionalism. You are able to read the energy of the room and adapting your tone and service style accordingly.

• Maintaining clean, well-set tables and ensuring all details are in place before and during service

• Knowledge of the full food and drink menu with the ability to offer genuine, tailored recommendations.

• Working in close collaboration with the kitchen and guest relations teams to ensure a seamless, personalized experience

• Skilled at creating small, meaningful interactions that make guests feel welcome and cared for.

• Handling special requests, dietary needs, or guest concerns calmly and effectively.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment while keeping the guest experience front and center.

• Flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
