We’re looking for a Waking Night Care Professional (5 nights a week) to join our brilliant team in Maidenhead and Windsor, providing overnight care in Maidenhead, starting as soon as possible. You’d make a genuine difference to our clients’ lives - helping them stay safe, comfortable and independent at home through the night.

We offer flexible contracts and real career progression, including funded diplomas.

No experience required - we provide full paid training and detailed support from day one.

What Will You Do?

• Stay awake and alert through the night, ready to provide care and support whenever it’s needed

• Support with personal care and continence care (if required)

• Assist with mobility, repositioning and safe transfers (if required)

• Monitor medication schedules and support clients with medication (if required)

• Offer reassurance and companionship to clients who are unsettled at night

• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of the care provided

Who Are You?

• A caring individual with a strong work ethic and genuine compassion

• An excellent communicator with great people skills

• Reliable, alert and comfortable working through the night

• Professional, respectful and trustworthy in all situations

• Physically able to support clients with personal care tasks

• A driver with a valid licence and access to a vehicle for work

• Happy to undertake a right to work check and DBS check (fully paid by us)
