What you'll do

Exterior Services Technicians perform physical, outdoor maintenance to keep grounds, parking lots, and exterior systems attractive and operating safely. You’ll work as part of a crew using company-provided equipment, with specialized opportunities for Power Washing, Irrigation, or licensed DOT Operators who drive the truck and lead the crew.

Responsibilities

• Keep our property grounds looking their best, including landscaping, ornamental plants, ground cover, irrigation
  systems, exterior lighting, mulch, turf, sidewalks, and parking areas
• Safely operate company vehicles, power equipment, and specialized tools, and complete required training for equipment use and hazardous materials handling
• Complete daily site walks after service to spot and report safety concerns, irrigation issues, damaged areas, debris, and any maintenance needs
• Remove weeds, trash, and debris, and handle routine exterior cleaning to support our safety and appearance standards
• Support seasonal and off season work as needed, including snow removal and salting, shopping cart preventive maintenance, refrigerated case cleaning, and other exterior facility services

Qualifications

Is this for you? 

• Like outdoor work year round
• 1 to 3 years in landscaping, irrigation, construction, grounds, or equipment operation
• Comfortable with hand tools, power tools, and heavy duty equipment
• Safety focused and able to work solo or with a crew
• Ready to learn and grow into roles like Power Washing, Irrigation, or licensed DOT Operator
• Have a driver’s license or willing to get one, plus required certifications

Schedule

Monday to Friday
Some off season work may require non peak hours, including some overnights (example: refrigerated case cleaning)
