Warehouse Associate — Shipping, Receiving & Quality Inspection

What You'll Do

Shipping & Receiving

• Process inbound and outbound shipments, pull and pack orders, and verify contents against documentation

Inventory

• Help keep stock organized and accurate through cycle counts, and flag discrepancies before they become problems

Quality Inspection

• Give finished goods a final check — accuracy, labeling, packaging, and defects — before anything ships out the door

Systems

• Log and track data in our ERP system (we'll train you — no prior ERP experience required)

Warehouse Support

• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and reach trucks (we'll train and certify you if you're new to this)
• Keep the floor clean, organized, and safe

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience is a plus — but not required if you're a fast learner with good attention to detail
• Comfortable learning new equipment and software
• Someone who takes pride in getting the details right (this role has real quality-control responsibility)
• Reliable, communicative, and works well as part of a team

Good to Know

• Because this role supports U.S. government contracts, applicants must be a U.S. Person
• Valid driver's license required
• Occasional overtime as business needs requires
• Physical role: regularly lifting up to 50 lbs, standing/bending/reaching for extended periods, and wearing PPE (gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection)
