Warehouse Coordinator AUS

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will own the day-to-day flow of orders through our AUS operation, from processing incoming orders to booking freight and printing the paperwork that keeps deliveries moving. You'll be the person who makes sure every order is handled accurately and on time, and you'll have real ownership over how our warehouse runs as demand across the Australian market grows. This is a hands-on role with a clear path to grow into full ownership of the operation.

At PERGOLUX, we design and sell quality outdoor living products that combine modern design with real durability. We're a fast-growing, Scandinavian-inspired company of around 300 people generating 9-figure revenue across eight markets, and Australia is one of our most important growth markets.

What You'll Do

• Process customer orders accurately from start to finish, making sure every detail is correct before dispatch.

• Book freight with carriers and coordinate delivery schedules so orders reach customers on time.

• Print, check, and manage order documentation and labels to keep the paper trail clean and error-free.

• Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts so the system matches what's physically on the floor.

• Spot bottlenecks and suggest better ways to run the warehouse workflow as order volume climbs.

What You'll Bring

• 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced warehouse, logistics, or order processing environment.

• A structured, detail-oriented approach that catches labelling or stock errors before they reach the customer.

• Confidence using ERP/WMS tools, handheld scanners, and tablets to keep inventory data accurate.

• A "no task is too small" attitude, happy to do the hands-on work today while building better systems for tomorrow.

• Clear ambition to grow from a hands-on coordinator into a Warehouse Manager as the operation scales.
