We are looking for a Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist to play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction at our CF Warehouse.

What You'll Do

Keep the warehouse running at peak efficiency with customer satisfaction as your top priority.

Review workflows, space allocations, and equipment layouts to meet company standards for productivity and quality.

Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by following all regulations and procedures.

Receive and verify incoming orders, transport merchandise, and arrange deliveries in designated storage areas.

Prepare, package, and ship products accurately and on time.

Manage inventory levels using our Inventory Management System and assist with reporting.

Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.

Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and professional.

Collaborate with team members to support overall facility operations.

Basic Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

1+ year of experience 1+ years in warehouse operations, shipping, and safety.

Strong customer service and communication abilities

Basic technical proficiency and troubleshooting skills.

Effective problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Commitment to safety and organizational excellence.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move throughout the warehouse.

Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.

Comfortable sitting and working at a computer for extended periods.
