AH Beck Foundation is seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Lead to help oversee daily warehouse operations and support our Warehouse Supervisor. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, hands-on, and ready to take on a leadership position while still being actively involved in day-to-day warehouse tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all Warehouse Attendant duties including loading/unloading, staging, and inventory handling
  • Assist Warehouse Supervisor with inventory documentation to accurately track inventory and material flow
  • Coordinate with Warehouse Attendants to ensure job site orders are pulled, packaged, and palletized efficiently and on time
  • Organize and track all materials returning from job sites
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency
  • Enforce and uphold all safety procedures and protocols
  • Work closely with Warehouse Supervisor to improve processes and workflow
  • Hand other duties as assigned



Requirements:

  • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on work ethic
  • Familiarity with inventory tracking systems• Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience in warehouse operations (lead or supervisory experience preferred)
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Previous experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Forklift certification is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in exterior conditions required.
  • Strong commitment to punctuality and reliability.
  • Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Understanding of safety regulations and warehouse protocols.
  • Flexibility to adjust to changes and multitask effectively.


Hours:

  • Monday through Friday 7am-5pm, Saturdays may be required from 7am-12pm.
