Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all Warehouse Attendant duties including loading/unloading, staging, and inventory handling
- Assist Warehouse Supervisor with inventory documentation to accurately track inventory and material flow
- Coordinate with Warehouse Attendants to ensure job site orders are pulled, packaged, and palletized efficiently and on time
- Organize and track all materials returning from job sites
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency
- Enforce and uphold all safety procedures and protocols
- Work closely with Warehouse Supervisor to improve processes and workflow
- Hand other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on work ethic
- Familiarity with inventory tracking systems• Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in warehouse operations (lead or supervisory experience preferred)
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Previous experience is a plus, but not required.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in exterior conditions required.
- Strong commitment to punctuality and reliability.
- Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Understanding of safety regulations and warehouse protocols.
- Flexibility to adjust to changes and multitask effectively.
Hours:
- Monday through Friday 7am-5pm, Saturdays may be required from 7am-12pm.
