What you will do:

• Oversee HVAC & Plumbing Warehouse and Consignment Operations
• Coordinate scheduling and task assignments.
• Provide weekly consignment updates, monitoring inventory levels and ordering as necessary. Manage stock levels and organize parts and materials in the warehouse to meet demand.
• Secure and manage refrigerant usage, maintaining a usage log.
• Create and organize comprehensive job folders with necessary documents and materials.
• Verify changeout sheets with management and technicians, reporting any discrepancies.
• Utilize Service Titan and company email for job-related communication and information.
• Stage equipment and materials for jobs in advance, ensuring readiness.
• Assist with fleet maintenance and coordinate AirGas orders, while operating a forklift for various warehouse tasks.
• Maintain parking lot cleanliness and manage trash disposal schedules.
• Arrange main dumpster pickups and oversee scrap material management.

Who you are:

• 1 3-5 Years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
• Ability to handle heavy equipment
• Forklift certification preferred
• Experience with inventory system preferred

Warehouse or Logistics: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

OSHA-10 or Similar Forklift (Preferred)
