Role Overview:

AWarehouseRepresentativeIassistswith all aspects of warehouse operations, fromreceivingand inventory to order fulfillment andmaintaininga safe and organized work environment.

• Receive and ship inventory items.

• Maintainaccurateinventory records, ensuring no product leaves or enters the warehouse without the necessary paperwork.

• Meet and complete all regulatory safety requirements.

• Ensurewarehouse cleanliness.

• Utilizescalesand measuresto accurately fill containers.

• Pullcustomer orders correctly foron timedelivery.

• Respond to inquiries ina timelyandaccuratemanner.

What You Bring tothe Role:

• 1+ years of experience and at least 18 years old

• Class A CDL preferred or willingness to get one

• Alwaysmaintaina professional appearancewhile interacting withcustomers

• Ensureoverallfacilitycleanliness

• Willingness tooperatematerial handling equipment including forklift, order picker, pallet jack, and other equipment(forklift training will be offered on the job)

• Ability to repetitively bend and lift boxes and bags up to50 pounds

• Willingness and desire to work overtime hours during busy seasons

• Highschooldiploma orequivalent

Your Digital & Technology Capabilities:

• Basicproficiencywith warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory tracking systems

• Experience using handheld scanners, mobile devices, or RF equipment for inventory and order picking

• Ability to accurately enter andmaintaindata in digital systems and follow electronic documentation processes

• Comfort using digital communication tools such as Microsoft Teams or similar platforms

• Willingness to learn and adoptnew technologies, including AI-powered tools (e.g., Copilot) to improve efficiency

Compensation and Benefits:

• The base compensation for this position ranges from $17.16 to $22.87 per hour. Please note that wages may vary depending on skills and experience.
