Location: Derby 

Working Hours: 14:00 - 23:00 working any 5 from 7 days. 

Salary up to £31,476.07 per annum (dependent on experience)

A satisfying role 

As a Warehouse Supervisor, your leadership and organisational skills will be key to keeping our warehouse running smoothly. Working closely with the Warehouse Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operation, lead and motivate the team, and help drive standards across the warehouse. You’ll also play an important role in developing your team’s skills and knowledge, creating a positive working environment and ensuring we deliver against our targets. 

If you’re a confident leader who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in getting the best from people, this could be the challenge for you.

• Ability to motivate team members, stay focused under pressure in a fast-paced environment.   

• The ability to build relationships with all kinds of people. 

• Previous experience in a similar supervisory role, ideally within a warehouse or logistics environment.
