About the Role:

To oversee daily dark store operations, ensuring efficient order fulfilment, inventory accuracy, and timely picking and packing in a fast-paced quick-commerce environment.

Core Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage warehouse associates to ensure smooth day-to-day dark store operations.

• Monitor order picking, packing, and dispatch to meet quick-commerce delivery timelines.

• Ensure accurate inventory management, stock replenishment, and proper storage of goods.

• Allocate tasks, manage shift activities, and ensure optimal team productivity.

• Monitor order fulfilment performance and resolve operational issues promptly.

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards.

• Coordinate with delivery and operations teams to ensure timely order handover.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in dark store operations or quick commerce is mandatory.

• Proven experience managing a team in a fast-paced warehouse or fulfilment environment.

• Strong understanding of picking, packing, replenishment, and inventory control.

• Ability to manage high order volumes while maintaining accuracy and productivity.

• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
