We're looking for a motivated, mechanically inclined Wash Technician to help keep our facility operating safely, efficiently, and at the highest standard.

What You'll Do

As a Wash Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping our wash operating at peak performance. Your responsibilities will include:

* Follow direction, procedures, priorities and report to the Site Leader.

* Perform preventative maintenance on car wash equipment and facility systems.

* Inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and water system equipment.

* Monitor wash quality and make adjustments to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

* Maintain vacuum systems, Mat washers and other facility equipment.

* Keep tools, parts inventory, and work areas clean and organized.

* Communicate with support teams when required for repairs and maintenance.

* Assist with general facility maintenance and upkeep.

* Respond to equipment issues and help minimize downtime.

* Support daily operations and assist other team members when needed.

What We're Looking For

* Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

* Previous experience in mechanical maintenance, industrial equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, or a related field is strongly preferred.

* Comfortable using hand and power tools.

* Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take ownership of responsibilities.

* Reliable, dependable, and takes pride in quality workmanship.

* Strong communication and teamwork skills.

* Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work, including standing, walking, bending, climbing ladders, and working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.

* Valid driver's license is considered an asset.

Schedule

* Full-time position.

* Open availability is required, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

* While most shifts are scheduled during regular operating hours, occasional maintenance may require staying after closing (after 10:00 PM) or starting before opening (before 6:00 AM). These situations are infrequent but are an important part of the role.
