As a Watersports Assistant Instructor at Villa Haven, you will assist in conducting and supervising a range of watersports activities, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests. This role requires a passion for watersports, a willingness to learn, and the ability to provide excellent service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in watersports activities is required.
• Strong interest in watersports and outdoor activities.
• Willingness to learn and assist in various watersports disciplines.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and emergency procedures related to watersports.
• Certifications:
  • Assistant Instructor Course (VDWS)
  • Certificate-3 in Aquatic Recreation Program (Villa College)
  • Boat Captain License
  • Basic Emergency First Response License
  • Basic Surf Rescue (SLSA)
  • Basic Windsurfing License (VDWS/RYA)
  • Basic Sailing License (VDWS/RYA)
• General Certificate of Education (A Level) or Diploma in Business Management or Marine Biology.
• Physical fitness and ability to perform strenuous activities.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
