About the Role
As a Weatherization Technician, you will play a key role in helping homeowners improve their comfort and lower their utility bills through our core services, which include air sealing and insulation in attics and basements. This is a hands-on role where you'll work directly with our customers to enhance the energy efficiency of their homes, making a real difference in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities
- Install energy-saving solutions such as insulation and air sealing in attics and basements
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring a clean, professional, and respectful work environment
- Work closely with a team to complete projects on time and to company standards
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of daily tasks and job progress
Qualifications
- Knowledge of home construction, building science, or trades is helpful, but not required
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in the energy efficiency field
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to climb ladders and work in tight spaces
- Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 35 lbs., occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to wear a respirator
Other Requirements
- Valid Class C driver’s license
Compensation and Benefits
- Wage: $23 – $28/hour, depending on experience + Monthly bonus plan
- Hiring Bonus: $1000 entry level, $2500 for 3+ yrs experience

Work Schedule
- Full-time, typically 40 hours per week
- Monday – Friday, traditional construction hours
