Responsible for business analysis, application design, development, integration and delivery and application maintenance and support. What you will do:

Architect, design and deliver high-quality codebypromoting and designingINDGbest practices.
Solve difficult problems in a creative manner in a timely fashion.
Act as the go-to expert in at least one technical area and has a very good working knowledge of the broader architecture of the entire system.
Strongly influence the decision on resolving/diagnosing/monitoring the overall system & platform.
Identify key problems affecting their team and adopt innovative technical solutions to solve them.

Delivering/Presenting solutions for large initiatives across multiple teams.
Reducingthe complexity of projects, services, and processes in order to get more done with more efficiency.
Participates in cross-business technical reviews, provides feedback on projects outside of their core area.
Design, develop scalable, high availability, high performanceproductswith a deep understanding of front end and back-end architectures.
Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

You need to have:

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
3 years of software development experience in the development of commercial applications using modern software engineering principles and practices.
Experiencecompletingtasks quickly and efficiently at a production level.
Experiencerunningand leadinga large part of the project deliverable alone.
Experiencereducingthe complexity of projects, services, and processesin order toget more done with less work.
A track record of a strong influencer and thought leader indistributed software delivery teams using Agile/Scrum andDevSecOpspractices.
Experiencewithcloud technologiesi.e.AWS, Serverless, Event DrivenArchitecture, SOC,MicroServices,Microfrontend, CI/CD, Infrastructure as code, and other modern technologies.
Strong knowledgeand experienceof professional software engineering practices and the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, architecture/design patterns, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.

Compensation Range:

$125,000.00-$155,000.00

Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process. Salary determination will be determined based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, demonstrated skills related to the requirements of the role, education, certifications, and geographic location.
