About the Role

We are hiring Web Developers (Junior / Mid-Level) as part of our expansion. We are looking for .NET Programmers who will be joining our experience and passionate team to create awesome and high-quality web apps for our clients.

As a Web Developer, you will report to Project Manager and will have a unique opportunity to work with people from various backgrounds on many types of projects using the most modern technologies, frameworks, tools and AI.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend features and APIs using ASP.NET Core and/or NodeJS, and other modern frameworks and technologies.

• Build responsive front-end UI elements using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React.js or Next.js, and integrate them with backend APIs.

• Use agentic AI and AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot) to support coding, refactoring, and documentation.

• Work with relational (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Firebase) databases, depending on project needs.

• Do object oriented analysis, design, and programming.

• Write clean code, refactor code, and take part in code reviews.

• Use Git for version control (branching, merging, pull requests) following team guidelines.

• Work in a team that uses Scrum and Kanban for project management, tracking work in JIRA.

Requirements

• Thai nationality.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related major.

• 0–2 years of experience for Junior level, or 2–5 years for Mid-Level, in backend web development (ASP.NET Core and/or NodeJS).

• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming.

• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Firebase).

• Familiarity with Git and version control practices.

• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React.js or Next.js.

• Comfortable using agentic AI and AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude).

• Microsoft certification is optional but a plus.

• Fluent in English (both verbally and in writing) and effective communication skills
