Web3 & Digital Assets Analyst #sgep

We want a mad Web3 enthusiast. 

Someone who lives and breathes crypto, DeFi, tokenomics, and understands how digital assets collide with the real economy. 

You're young. You're sharp. You're borderline obsessed with how tokenization can change industries.
 
You're also willing to roll up your sleeves, do deep research, build frameworks, and work alongside product, strategy, and investment teams to shape the future of 129Knots.  

Key Responsibilities 

•    Track Web3 trends, DeFi protocols, and tokenization frameworks

•    Build comparative analyses of tokenomics models

•    Research regulations and compliance for digital assets (Singapore, UAE, etc.)

•    Support in tokenomics design, partner diligence, and whitepaper drafting

•    Work with internal product, BD, and tech teams on go-to-market strategy

•    Engage with Web3 protocols, Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs), and liquidity providers

•    Evaluate potential Layer 1 / Layer 2 chains, custody and smart contract solutions

•    Bring new ideas to life. Fast.

Qualifications

•    A degree in Computer Science, Economics, or Mathematics with 2+ years of work experience 
•    Deep interest or experience in Web3, DeFi, or digital assets (hands-on projects > degrees)
•    Knowledge of token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-3643, etc.)
•    Understanding of RWAs, on-chain credit, and decentralized finance models
•    Bonus: Experience in Solidity, governance, or DAO involvement
•    Ability to work independently in a high-speed, high-ambiguity environment
•    Hunger to disrupt, not follow
