It also includes The Lost Close, one of Edinburgh’s hidden gem venue offering premium experience, including whisky and gin tastings. With exciting expansion plans, including a new boutique hotel in Edinburgh in 2027 and with further expansion outside of Scotland planned, we are growing our team and preparing an inspiring calendar of events and experiences across our properties. Working Hours:

Part Time & Full Time hours available.

Shift Times vary based on preference & availability: 7am-4pm, 11am-3pm, 6pm-10pm

What You’ll Do

• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness during every shift.
• Carry out thorough cleaning of common areas, bathrooms, kitchens, and corridors.
• Complete scheduled deep-cleaning tasks across the property.
• Work collaboratively to ensure all guest rooms and beds are ready for arrivals after departures.
• Accurately complete all required reporting, including lost property logs, maintenance requests and task updates.

What We’re Looking For

• A love for hospitality and creating great guest experiences
• Confidence behind the bar and coffee machine (training provided if needed).
• Energy, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
