We are actively growing and looking for a self-motivated HVAC Lead Installer with a positive attitude to join our dedicated residential installation team.

This Weekend Lead HVAC Installer role is perfect for experienced professionals who want strong pay, premium installations, and weekday flexibility — without giving up benefits or stability.

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Sign-On Bonus Payout Details:

• 25% paid after 90 days
• $1,000 per month for each month after until fully paid

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Range: $28.00 – $40.00 per hour
• Schedule: Friday–Monday
• Tuesday–Thursday OFF every week

What YOU Will Do as a Lead HVAC Installer

• Install residential HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
• Pre-measure job sites to properly prepare for installations
• Properly connect, commission, and verify HVAC equipment
• Lead installations with professionalism, quality craftsmanship, and attention to detail

What YOU Will Bring

• 3–5 years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred
• HVAC degree or equivalent experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong work ethic, leadership mindset, and pride in your trade
