We're looking for a Welder who is ready to be part of a skilled, hardworking team that builds exceptional products while having fun along the way. What You'll Be Doing:

• Perform MIG welding on a variety of custom fabrication and structural steel projects
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and fabrication plans
• Cut, fit, assemble, and fabricate metal components with precision
• Ensure finished products meet our high standards for quality and craftsmanship
• Collaborate with a talented team to solve challenges and bring projects to life
• Support custom fabrication projects that are different, exciting, and rewarding
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment

What We're Looking For:

• Welding and fabrication experience preferred
• TIG and Metal Core welding experience is a plus
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Dependable, motivated, and eager to learn new skills
• Commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
