• Present Layan Life as a world-class wellness center, guiding guests through personalized wellness programs and services.
• Serve as the main point of contact for wellness retreat and a la carte guests, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience throughout their stay.
• Coordinate pre-arrival wellness assessments in collaboration with the Wellness Manager to understand guest health goals and tailor programs accordingly.
• Assist guests with daily wellness schedules, treatment bookings, and activity coordination with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Address guest questions or concerns related to their wellness journey with confidence, empathy, and expertise.
• Provide concierge-style assistance to non-retreat guests exploring wellness options at Layan Life.
