At GemCare Wellness, a GEMCORE family company, we work with employer groups, TPAs, PBMs & other groups to deliver wellness focused telephonic health coaching programs by utilizing a unique personalized strategy for each client. We have leveraged our health management expertise, and medical supply pricing efficiencies to form comprehensive programs that improve population health and effectively save costs. By employing a diverse group of Registered Dietitians, our health coaches are able to meet people where they are and build a foundation of trust with clients to achieve their goals. We provide personalized health coaching resources that provide lasting, significant improvements lessening the risk of acquiring future chronic conditions.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Inbound/Outbound calling and messaging to program participants.
Coordinate wellness program offerings with GemCare Wellness staff and members.
Add and assign new members for coaching services.
Respond to queries from assigned GemCare Wellness inboxes.
Entering and sorting data into various excel workbooks.
Track & document assigned duties related to program outreach and implementation.
Troubleshoot member issues.
Complete all other duties as assigned by the GemCare Wellness management and or Director of Operations.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
Ability to take direction and learn quickly.
Flexible work schedule.
Positive attitude.
Interdepartmental communication & collaboration.
Willingness to accept responsibility and work in a multi-task environment.
Proficient computer skills, experience with MS Office programs, e-mail, and Internet.
Ability to lift at minimum 25 pounds.
This is a part-time non-exempt position. Hours may vary within the 8:15 a.m.-5:00 p.m. workweek. Core office hours apply including required evening hours (after 5pm EST).
