Deine Aufgaben:

• Unterstützung von Leistungsmanagement-Aktivitäten mit Schwerpunkt auf der Lieferzuverlässigkeit durch Nachverfolgung und Überwachung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen, Zusammenstellung von Status-Updates und Meldung von Abweichungen an das Team
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Pflege von Leistungsberichten und Dashboards mithilfe von Excel und SAP Analytics Cloud
• Support bei der Analyse von Logistikleistungsdaten zur Ermittlung von Trends, Ursachen für Lieferausfälle und potenziellen Verbesserungsbereichen
• Unterstützung bei Projekten innerhalb der Abteilung „Resilience & Strategy“
• Mitwirkung bei der Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Verbesserungsinitiativen, um sicherzustellen, dass Tracking-Tools und Datenquellen stets auf dem neuesten Stand sind

Dein Profil:

• Derzeit im Studium in den Fachbereichen Supply-Chain-Management, Logistik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Data Science oder einem verwandten Bereich
• Erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit Microsoft Excel (Datenanalyse, Power Query); Erfahrung mit SAP Analytics Cloud ist von Vorteil
• Analytisches Denkvermögen mit Liebe zum Detail
• Fähigkeit, unter Anleitung selbstständig im Team zu arbeiten

Wir bieten unseren Werkstudierenden unterschiedliche Arbeitszeitmodelle an: Du hast die Möglichkeit während der Vorlesungszeit wöchentlich entweder 10, 15 oder 18 Stunden tätig zu sein. Teile uns gerne Deine gewünschte Wochenarbeitszeit mit. Bitte beachte ebenfalls: Du musst während der gesamten Beschäftigungszeit eingeschriebener  Vollzeit Student:in sein und eine gültige Immatrikulation an einer Hochschule oder Uni vorweisen.
