- Sterk praktiese vaardighede in hout- en metaalwerk
- Goeie kennis van handgereedskap en die professionele gebruik daarvan
- Vermoë om ’n span te bestuur en effektiewe opleiding te fasiliteer
- Vermoë om werkswinkels van hoë gehalte aan te bied en uitstaande gaste-ervarings te skep
Sleutelverantwoordelikhede:
- Bestuur van die werkswinkel, insluitend die aankoop van materiaal
- Beplanning, voorbereiding en implementering van projekte
- Voorraadbeheer en inventarisbestuur van materiaal en gereedskap
