• Design support 

• Perform 3D modelling and drafting in UG/NX 

• Prepare bill of materials in SAP 

• Perform design calculations and tolerance analysis  

• Process data through team center  

 

 

Required skills: 

• Very Good CAD Skill using Team center / UG Nx 

• Experience in Plastic part design / Sheet metal design and drawing creation 

• Injection Molding process knowledge 

• Interpreting mold flow simulation results 

• Knowledge in Automotive systems added advantage 

• Knowledge on GD&T and Tolerance stack-up 

• Good knowledge in designing fixtures, mounting brackets 

• Basic work experience in handling data through SAP modules 

• Ability to interact with Cross functional teams 

• Excellent oral and written communication skills 

• Problem-solving skills, analytical thinking & Self motivated
