This is a NON Travel, Local Site Role, located in Tiago, ND- Vestas 2MW Platform
WhatYou’llDo:
- Performequipment assessment andtroubleshooting,scheduled and unscheduled maintenanceand/or service activities.
- Document accurately all serviceactivity,including parts/materials consumption, detailed taskexplanations, and task start and stop times using digital reporting systems.
- Trainand mentortechnicianIinhealth, safety and environmental requirements, serviceactivities,andpreventativemaintenancerequirements.
- Assistin project(s) coordination,logistics, planning, and trackingfor multi-project worktasks.
- Participate in company and project health, safety and environmental, meetings,briefingsand documentation requirements.
- Communicate issues and solutionsconciselyto leadership.
- Adheres to, supports, and enforces all company policies.
- Build andmaintainpositive relationships with clients, peers, and managers at the company and projects.
- Work with InventoryControlto make sure projects are supplied properly with parts and consumables.
- Able toparticipateand respond in an On-Call 24/7/365 rotation schedule
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Qualifications / Requirements:
- 2+ years of wind turbine maintenance, service, and repairexperience.
- Vestasplatform experience, LOTO, and certifications preferred (V100 & V110)
- Strong understanding ofwindturbine systems and safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently and travel on short noticetoassiston other projects.
- Comfortableclimbing to andworking at heights, confined spaces,and inoutdoor environments.
- Valid driver’s licenseandgood drivingrecord
- Willingness to travel from time to time for training or to assist on other projects.
- Willingness to train and mentor other employees.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Successful background check, MVR, and drug screenrequired.
Physical and Environmental Requirements:
This role requires regular work at heights,confined spaces,physical stamina, and the ability to work a rotational on call schedule. Applicants must adhere to site safety practices and perform in variable outdoor environments.
Travel:
As needed for training and toassiston other projects if necessary
