Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation: Proposed hiring rate of $22.00 to $24.40+ actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
- Benefits: This is a seasonal position eligible for season pass for employees/dependents and privileges at several other resorts. Several discount programs (i.e. food & beverage, retail/rental, tickets, etc.) also available.
Job Summary:
The Business Center serves as Copper Mountain's internal print shop and administrative support hub for the Food & Beverage department. This position assists guests and interdepartmental teams with printing, document production, and a variety of administrative services. The Business Center is responsible for maintaining efficient business center operations, supporting departmental administrative needs, assisting with vendor invoice processing and point-of-sale system updates, and providing outstanding customer service to both internal and external guests. The role requires communication with various teams, open flexibility of tasks, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and requests in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Business Center Operations:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Business Center, ensuring it is organized, professional, and running efficiently.
- Coordinate printing, copying, scanning, binding, and other document production services.
- Coordinate and complete print production projects for resort departments, meetings, events, and operational needs.
- Maintain office equipment, technology, and supplies, including monitoring inventory and coordinating service, maintenance, and repair requests as needed.
- Assist customers and team members with business center requests and special projects.
- Support the maintenance and operation of Business Center equipment to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Assist with other business center functions as assigned.
Administrative Support:
- Perform a variety of general administrative duties to support daily business operations.
- Provide administrative support to the Food & Beverage department, management, and other departments as needed.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical files, records, and documentation, ensuring accurate record retention and organization.
- Assist with entering and maintaining accurate vendor billing and invoice information in the YellowDog inventory management system.
- Process vendor invoices and billing information accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, and account reconciliation, in a timely manner. and purchase order tracking.
- Communicate with vendors regarding invoices, billing questions, and payment status.
- Support the maintenance and updating of point-of-sale (POS) systems, including menu changes, pricing updates, item creation, and troubleshooting assistance.
- Assist with data entry, reporting, spreadsheet management, and maintaining organized business records utilizing Microsoft Office applications.
- Provide support for department communications, including email correspondence, document preparation, and distribution of materials.
- Assist managers with administrative projects and operational reporting.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial, employee, vendor, and business information.

Preferred Experience and Special Skills:
- Previous experience with computerized sales, technical aspects of a business center preferred but not required.
- Previous guest service related experience preferred but not required.
- Previous experience with F&B inventory management and point of sale computer systems preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of computers is required.
- Professional adherence to all aspects of the job.
- Knowledge / Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint are required.
- Previous experience with computerized sales, technical aspects of a business center preferred but not required
