Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and support Workday integrations usingStudio, Core Connectors, EIB, Document Transformation (DT)and custom reports includingAdvanced and Matrix reports.

• Build and maintain integrations usingWeb Services, REST APIs and OAuth 2.0authentication.

• Work with cross-functional teams to support integrations acrossBenefits, Payroll, Recruiting and Workday Learning.

• Collaborate with downstream system teams such asMulesoft and Workatoto ensure seamless end-to-end data flow.

• Troubleshoot issues and manage day-to-day support activities throughServiceNowor similar ticketing systems.

• Participate in enhancement projects, testing cycles and production deployments.

• Ensure all integrations follow Workday standards, security policies and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong, hands-on experience inWorkday Studio, CC, EIB, DT and Report Writing.

• Solid understanding ofWorkday Web Services, REST APIs and authentication frameworks.

• Functional exposure toBenefits, Payroll, Recruiting and Learning.

• Experience working withintegration middleware platformslike Mulesoft and Workato.

• Proficiency in handling support incidents, root-cause analysis and documentation usingServiceNow.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday Integration Certification (Studio, CC, or related). -- Good to have

• Experience in full-cycle Workday implementation projects.

• Knowledge of broader HCM processes and security.
