Working Student Corporate Development

Role description

As our Working Student in Corporate Development, you will support the team in driving strategic initiatives that shape the future of our company. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategy execution, organizational alignment, international expansion and project management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to high-impact projects while developing your skills in corporate strategy and business growth.

Your Mission

Strategy & Execution

• Assist in researching industry trends, competitor analysis, and preparing presentations for strategic planning.
• Support our the strategy process, track and report progress on key initiatives to ensure alignment with company goals.

• Conduct market research and feasibility studies for global growth opportunities.
• Assist in evaluating market entry strategies and localisation requirements.

• Maintain and optimize our CRM system to enhance sales performance and customer insights.
• Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements.

• Support internal communication efforts to ensure company-wide understanding of strategic priorities.
• Drive adoption of collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence) and enable cross-team knowledge sharing.

Minimum Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s oder Master’s program (Business, Economics, or related field)
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Skilled in data analysis and visualizations
• Proven problem-solving skills
• Strong written/verbal communication skills
• Fluent in German and English

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ internship in consulting, corporate strategy, or sales operations
• Experience with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), Confluence, or Power BI
• Participation in case competitions or strategy-focused student organizations
