About the role:

Join our Marketplace Team and gain hands-on professional experience in a fast-growing and future-oriented e-commerce company. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership from the start, learn how a successful online marketplace operates and contribute directly to improving the performance and visibility of our sellers and their products.

About your tasks:

• Take ownership of the product approval process for new products and help ensure they meet our marketplace requirements before going live.
• Work closely with the team to optimize seller performance, using KPIs to understand results and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Help increase the visibility of our sellers’ products in our online store and learn how assortment and marketplace activities influence e-commerce performance.
• Support the Marketplace Team in its varied day-to-day business, giving you exposure to different topics and the opportunity to continuously expand your e-commerce knowledge.​​​​​​​

 

Qualifications

About you:

• You are currently enrolled at university and will remain a student for at least one more year, with availability to work 16–20 hours per week.

• You have a genuine interest in e-commerce and digital environments and enjoy working accurately while keeping track of multiple topics.

• You feel comfortable working with Excel and KPIs and are keen to use data to understand and improve marketplace performance.

• You are fluent in German and English and enjoy collaborating and communicating with different people.

Additional Information

About your salary-rate:

Your hourly rate will be €14.80–€16.62, depending on your current level of study.
