Are you interested in data, processes, and the operations behind a successful sales organization?

Join our Revenue Operations team and support us in the day-to-day business of a modern sales environment. You will collaborate with various teams, gain hands-on experience with modern systems and ways of working, and build valuable practical experience in a dynamic corporate environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Create and manage contracts for our sales teams

• Ensure data quality and maintain accurate information in our systems

• Organize and structure existing content (e.g., FAQs) while maintaining and providing relevant information

• Assist in creating and updating documentation

• Support the continuous improvement of our processes, data, and systems

Your Profile

• You are currently enrolled at a university, ideally studying business, technology, or a related field

• You work in a structured, accurate, and reliable manner and enjoy organizational tasks

• You have a strong affinity for numbers and data and are interested in business processes and systems

• You communicate clearly, have a service-oriented mindset, and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams

• You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Initial experience with CRM or reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage but not required

• You have excellent written and spoken German skills
