Working Student (m/f/d) – Supporting the Head of Functional Practices (Full-Time ) - Serbia

Responsibilities

• Preparing the bi-weekly calls with the FLT (Functional Leadership Team)
• As part of the team, you will support the production of key deliverables for the team and you will support on an ad-hoc basis with research on focus topics and/or projects and proposals
• You will have a high degree of responsibility within a dedicated role and will be coached along the way by an assigned mentor
• You will support in aligning the information flow, in driving the coordination for the production of joint documents: for the partners, ExCom, Corporates etc.
• You will support in securing the “file sharing” management

Qualifications

• You are currently following a Bachelor or Master program in Business, Economics, Engineering or related fields with an excellent academic record (top 20%)
• You have already gained relevant work experience of at least 3 months through challenging internships - ideally in an international setting
• Good and confident communicator
• Highly analytical and structured thinking
• Entrepreneurial and self-motivated
• Excellent ability to work with MS Office PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
• Full proficiency in English; CEE languages are considered a plus
