Working Student Project Management (x|f|m)

Join our Global Operations team as a Working Student Project Management (x|f|m) and take on a supporting role in project and portfolio management. By participating in governance processes, evaluations and defined work packages, you will contribute to transparency and reliable processes and thus support our common goal: better health for more people.
The position is based on the campus in Goettingen and is limited until 31.10.2027.
In this role, you benefit twice: You gain valuable practical experience and can finance your studies. With a weekly working time of 20 hours, you have enough time to continue to concentrate on your studies.

Grow With Us – Your Responsibilities

• Support the coordination of investment requests as well as the maintenance and updating of the associated tracking data
• Prepare project and investment governance meetings, consolidate relevant documentation, and assist in documenting and tracking decisions and open points
• Support the maintenance and review of the project portfolio as well as the preparation of information on progress, status, risks, milestones, budgets and resources
• Participate in the creation and maintenance of key figures, evaluations and management reports and support the identification of data inconsistencies
• Assist in the creation and updating of training, communication and onboarding materials for project management

• High reliability as well as a careful and accurate way of working
• Willingness to learn and flexibility in taking on short-term tasks
• Interest in data analysis, master data maintenance and digital transformation projects
• Very good knowledge of German and English
