This position is located in Port Arthur, TX and will consist of various mail related duties, including delivering inbound mail & packages, processing inbound/outbound shipments, heavy lifting, etc, all performed within a corporate working environment. The ideal candidate must be detailed oriented & process driven and willing to train, learn and be ready to grow in their professional career!

Hourly Compensation: $19.00 - $19.00 USD per hr (DOE)

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 6:00pm

Location: This amazing opportunity is located in central Port Arthur, TX

Responsibilities

The Workplace Services Mail Center Specialist position will handle various mail related duties, including delivering inbound mail & packages, processing inbound/outbound shipments, heavy lifting, etc all performed within a corporate working environment. Additional responsibilities include:

• Mail Operations - Sort & deliver incoming mail according to established procedures
• Shipping/Receiving Services - Receive & scan in/out overnight packages
• Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
• Adhere to safety, security and business procedure guidelines
• Provide support within the operation and perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager

Qualifications

The qualifications of the Workplace Services Mail Center Specialist position must be detailed oriented and process driven with a background and focus in customer care. Additional qualifications include:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Prior mail or shipping/receiving experience is a plus
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent attendance, punctuality and communication skills
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Lifting up to 50 lbs with aid
