Works Co-ordinator

We are seeking a skilled and motivatedWorks Co-ordinatorto join our Depot based in Glasgow.

About the role:

• Location:Glasgow
• Hours:Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
• Salary:£28,000 - £31,000 dependant on experience

What you will be doing

• • Liaising with our procurement team, transport team and training team
  • Raising of purchase orders through our online portals
  • Organization of vehicle maintenance calendars
  • Arranging and tracking works permits
  • Supporting with risk assessments & method statements,
  • Collation of personnel-related paperwork such as inductions, training, leaver and joiner details
  • Logging absence requests
    
  • General admin duties around the depot
