Bosch has been present in Malaysia since 1923, with offices and plants in Selangor and Penang. In Malaysia, Bosch is shaping and innovating the industry in all of it’s four business sectors - Mobility Solutions, Industrial Technology, Consumer Goods, and Energy and Building Technology.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with workshop customers in your assigned territory.
• Acquire new workshop partners and drive participation in Bosch workshop and loyalty programs.
• Promote and sell Bosch automotive parts, diagnostic solutions, workshop equipment, and value-added services.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that improve workshop performance and profitability.
• Generate new business opportunities and support sales and marketing campaigns.
• Drive adoption of Bosch digital solutions and maintain accurate customer information in CRM systems

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Automotive, Marketing, or a related field.
• Working experience in sales, account management, or business development roles, automotive aftermarket, workshop, or technical sales experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused, self-motivated, and results-driven with a passion for sales.
• Comfortable with frequent travel within the assigned territory and possesses a valid driver's license
