Serve as the first point of contact at the ACE Welcome Desk to support students and prospective students. Responsibilities include greeting and directing visitors, ensuring students scan in for federal reporting, assisting with appointments, and completing clerical tasks such as filing and email correspondence. ACE training is provided and required. Responsibilities and Career Competencies:

- Serve as receptionist; greet and direct visitors; demonstrate superior verbal and written communication – P, CT, CTR, T, C

- Assist students with contract requirements – C, CT, L, P
- Follow appropriate procedures to document and submit records – T, C, CT, P

- Create and submit videos, print materials, and online content – CSD, C, CT, CTR, L, P, T

- Represent the ACE at various events – CSD, C, CT, CTR, L, P, T
