Support the Dean’s Office by maintaining supplies, providing clerical assistance, and assisting with events. Ideal for students who are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a professional environment.
Responsibilities and Career Competencies:
- Organize and maintain supplies in classrooms and collaboration hub – CT, P
- Assist with and contribute to events hosted by professional staff – C, TW, P
- Work independently and efficiently; use available resources to direct guests – CT, P
- Make campus deliveries and provide clerical support including proofreading, photocopying, and filing – TW, P
- Work on additional projects as assigned – TW
- Use MS Word, Excel, multi-line phone system, and compile data using software programs – T
