Responsibilities

• 负责制定产品的生产流程，包括原材料的选择、 加工工艺和设备的配置。
• 负责生产工艺与生产效率、质量控制和成本控制等因素， 确保生产过程的顺利进行。
• 优化生产工艺：不断寻求提高生产效率和产品质量的方法。 并进行工艺分析和试验，找到潜在的问题并提出改进方案。
• 根据产品的不同规格/工艺流程，编制和更新产品的作业流程的工艺文件，重点技术参数的点检表；
• 对生产制程中出现的异常,及时查明真因，制定改善对策和验证效果，并追踪至解决，文件标准化及培训的闭环
• 负责制程变更的记录与效果追踪，并对改善过程进行总结和分析，总结出关键可控制点；
• 新产品或新项目导入时的技术参数调节和测定，验证产品批量性生产可行性，完善试制报告及相关的工艺文件。
• 对工艺技术点的操作与管控要求，对现场员工及质量人员进行培训；

Qualifications

• 本科以上学历，无机非金属材料专业或材料工程或成型专业
• 英语四级
• 有5年以上材料加工等规模性企业工艺或质量管理岗位的经验，耐火材料行业工作经验优先。
• 具有一定的质量与生产执行知识的基础，有过类似直接管理经验更佳
