YOUTUBE VENTURES TEAM

A new YouTube team focused on launching and scaling high-potential channels in new categories, starting with finance. Working like a lean growth unit, the team combines content, business thinking, and experimentation to build channels with strong audience and commercial potential from the ground up.

YOU

A strong scriptwriter who can turn complex finance topics into clear, engaging, and high-performing YouTube content. In this role, you will do more than write scripts — you will help shape ideas, refine the creative direction, and stay involved through to the final video. As part of a small team, you will have real ownership and direct impact on the content we create.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own the scripting process from research and concept development to final delivery

• Shape video concepts, hooks, angles, and narrative structures built for YouTube

• Research competitors, trends, and audience behavior to identify opportunities for stronger finance content

• Work closely with video editors during post-production to ensure the creative vision carries through to the final output

• Take responsibility for the overall quality of the final product

WHAT WE EXPECT

• Proven experience in scriptwriting, editorial storytelling, or video content creation

• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex topics into engaging content

• A good understanding of what makes YouTube content perform, including hooks, retention, pacing, and audience relevance

• Excellent English, with the ability to write clearly and naturally for a global audience

• High ownership, attention to quality, and a willingness to stay involved until the final result

• The flexibility and efficiency needed to work in a small, fast-moving team

• A pragmatic attitude toward AI tools — using them to work smarter and faster while maintaining a high bar for quality and originality

• Experience in finance, business, investing, personal finance, or other research-heavy content categories would be a strong plus

GROSS SALARY

• From 2700 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences
