To provide leadership and oversight of administrative, facilities, workplace, logistics, and support service operations across all branches and offices within the assigned zone. The Zonal Administration Officer is responsible for ensuring efficient service delivery, optimal facility conditions, regulatory compliance, cost management, vendor performance, and business continuity while driving operational excellence and enhancing the overall workplace experience for employees and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Business Administration, Estate Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience Required

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in Administration, Facilities Management, Property Management, Corporate Services, Branch Operations, or Workplace Management. 

• Proven experience managing office facilities, maintenance activities, workplace services, vendors, and support service operations across multiple locations.

• Experience in budget management, cost control, procurement processes, contract administration, and vendor performance management. 

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects, manage stakeholders, and ensure compliance with operational, regulatory, health, safety, and environmental standards.

• Working knowledge of SAP or similar enterprise systems, with experience in preparing operational reports and managing administrative data. 

• Experience within the financial services, banking, pension, or related industry will be an added advantage.
