• תיאום ספקים, הזמנת ציוד וחדרים ובקרה על תהליכים
• טיפול בנתונים ועיבודים סטטיסטיים
• זיהוי והובלת תהליכי שיפור וייעול, כולל עבודה עם כלים דיגיטליים ואוטומציות
• עבודה מול ממשקים פנים וחוץ ארגוניים
• השתתפות בפרויקטים מחלקתיים נוספים
דרישות התפקיד:
• ניסיון אדמיניסטרטיבי / תפעולי / ניהול פרויקטים – לפחות 5 שנים
• תואר אקדמי – חובה
• שליטה טובה במערכות דיגיטליות ואוריינטציה טכנולוגית
• סדר וארגון, שירותיות גבוהה ויכולת עבודה בריבוי משימות
• אסרטיביות, אחריות אישית ויכולת עבודה עצמאית ובצוות
