The Supplier Quality Analyst coordinates supplier-related quality incidents affecting incoming material, production operations, inventory, or customer requirements. The position supports containment, investigation, disposition, risk assessment, stakeholder communication, and operational continuity while helping ensure supplier accountability and accurate quality documentation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities include managing supplier-related quality incidents, assessing business risk, coordinating containment and recovery, facilitating disposition, supporting root-cause investigations, issuing supplier corrective actions, maintaining accurate documentation, and driving cross-functional actions toward resolution.

Requirements

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required with 2 years of hands-on experience in a related field.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Communication
• Problem-solving
• Print Reading
• Experience with manufacturing processes, engineering drawings and requirements, structured problem solving, quality systems, quality documentation, risk assessment, nonconforming material, containment, and corrective action.

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Experience using 5 Why and Fishbone analysis is preferred.

SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Strong communication, collaboration, critical thinking, attention to detail, adaptability, organization, ownership, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Meeting facilitation experience is preferred.
